Coops Corner Pub is located in the vibrant and busy Auckland Viaduct Harbour, and is a popular waterfront restaurant and pub. Previously known as the Degree Bar, Complete Construction stripped the existing fit out and rebuilt the new Coops Corner Pub by late October, ready for the summer crowds. Our client’s challenge required us to turn around the whole process quickly so as not to keep them out of action for too long as a high-profile trading venue. To achieve this, we provided pre-construction support and worked collaboratively with the client, designer and contractor to ensure timely production and within budget. We managed the extensive demolition & removal, fabrication of new cabinetry, and full installation within four weeks. This also included a full clean as part of the handover process, ensuring our client could open ready for a busy weekend.
