We are proud of this beautiful home we renovated in Remuera, Auckland. It was a full build contract for us. The client asked us to help freshen up their tired villa, while keeping the traditional feel. We refurbished the villa to provide a modernised look while upcycling some of the old materials. The renovations included kitchen/dining and indoor-outdoor living areas, as well as sinking the existing garage to add a new level upstairs which allowed maximum use of the site. Ultimately, this refurbishment turned their house into a home.
