We were engaged by SkyCity to deliver two new spaces within the casino main gaming floor: Flare Bar and Food Republic. Food Republic is the key dining destination at the casino, located on SkyCity’s main gaming floor. Our works here involved a full demolition of the existing food court area. We then worked alongside Moller Architects to create a significantly bigger area which allows better flow for the kitchen, more space for guests with plenty of seating, and a greatly expanded food offering. Food Republic is fresh new area, with a light and open space offering a range of international cuisines, for SkyCity casino go-ers to enjoy.
