Our work with ASB has involved the detailed design, shop drawing, production, and installation of 3 prototype Agile workspaces for ASB. Existing workstations were decommissioned to create space for the agile layout. Works were staggered to minimise disruption in a live working environment.
The works involved electrical disconnection / reinstatement, mechanical redistribution, new floor finishes, new joinery manufacture and installation and all attendant make good to existing surfaces to create a seamless environment. The on-site works were scheduled over a series of weekends with access from Friday to Sunday. All staff and subcontractors undertook security clearance & were accompanied by client supplied static guards. Each phase was programmed to complete and commission prior to the Head Office opening for business on the Monday & each site within the office differed in scope and extent of works to be undertaken. All works were completed on time and to the clients cost and quality expectations.
