As a full build contract, this residential project was for a 1000m2 tilt slab home with a large cliff-top infinity pool and 400m2 of decking. The home features elements from a movie theatre, a large period styled office, wine cellar, games room, 100 tonnes of imported marble and 4-car garaging. Aside from the high level of finish, there were very complex elements such as significant piling and foundations to allow cliff top construction, and a 120-tonne crane to place panels.
