Complete were appointed by Mecca as the main contractor for their two new flagship stores within New Zealand. This involved not only the site construction of the two stores in Auckland and Wellington but also the fabrication of the joinery. This was due to their typical joinery manufacturer, based out of China, not being able to meet the required timeframes. Complete were responsible for liaising with the Mecca appointed designers from New York and providing all of the required local design and documentation. This also included coordination and managing the consent process through to council sign-off, detailed coordination of services trades, and management of Mecca’s own contractors on site.
