This contract was for a new bar and restaurant within the existing hotel, located on the ground floor. The scope also included the refurbishment of the existing commercial kitchen and new finishes and cabinetry to the reception area.
This project was completed over an 8-week period while the hotel remained operational, 24 hours a day. Close coordination with the hotel was required to work around their business-as-usual activities. Extensive services replacement coordinated with our base building works was achieved with no disruption to the hotel or the public.
